Bro last year bhi BB ne ration ka control at different points logon ko diya tha. Neil/Aish/Rinku ne sabko de dia tha. Dimaag room walon ne bhi sabko de dia tha (Munna waghera ne). Abhishek and Vicky used to allow people to take as well. In the end no one ever uses this power properly
