Real Estate forum has been created 3 months back, and it is the right time to have the first pretty banner displayed on top of the forum.

Here we come, to announce

"Real Estate Forum Banner Contest 2024 ”

Inviting graphicers to show off their talents.

Just a few guidelines for the creators

1. Real estate deals with buying and selling/possessing of properties like residential & commercial buildings, orchards, farmlands, plantations, pools, lakes, etc. The choice is left to the graphicers to include any of the above stuff in their banner. The banner should feel like it belongs to the Real Estate forum.There is nothing mandatory. You may add a few humans involved in dealing . No well known faces should be added.
2. The banner MUST be of size 1456W × 180H

3. You can submit up to 5 Banners maximum, all banners must be non-animated. A maximum of 2 entries that are the same banner but of different colouring are allowed.

4. The banner must have the correct spelling of the forum on it, the name is spelled as “Real Estate” centrally placed.

5. Since the voting is going to be anonymous, DO NOT add your copyright or name on the banner. If a banner with a name or copyright is found, then the banner(s) will be disqualified!

Upload your banner on [www.imgur.com] or [www.postimages.org] or any uploading site that supports images (please ensure that your account is not visible in the link or your account is not public—like with Photobucket links).

The winning banners will be displayed for 6 months followed by display by rotation of all the banners that we receive in the contest .

Sure... I haven't thought up a theme or anything yet... perhaps your images might inspire something .

I know that . I kinda meant a concept for the banner... I usually pick a color / shape / element, etc as my base and select images accordingly so that it all ties together neatly.
