That report already saying her cardiac condition,bp its not good .upar se her platelets count had problem...baar baar headache..itna stress . .Her relatives already had heart problem ,brain problem ,high risk pregnancy already ...

It was also shown Abhira cannot donate blood as shayad her platelets count is less and difficult to recover.
