Kv took away his cases when Rohit came back but because of how good Rohit was, she had to give new cases to Ar again... There was a scene where she had a pile of cases that Ar won and Rohit lost... Inspite of this, Ar seems to be still cabin-less while Rohit has, but Kv was ok with Rohit leaving house but not Ar... Dadisa is very confusing sa

They showed him once in conference from where he was ask to leave ...... how does it matter where he sits untill he is winning the cases which probably Kaveri started giving him once Rohit started to loose all cases, his work is to win cases....ab cabin main kaam kare, conference room main ya court ke canteen main doesn't matter

From the little knowledge I have about lawyers, only capable ones or ones with upar tak reach have their own personal cabins or chambers, all others maybe have personal desks in common area, so either Ar has that or maybe some small extra cabin.

Kaveri know doing these petty things to Ar will not make him leave so she is not paying heed to this matter.

And Ar being Ar in his sautela bhai moh never objected so everyone is taking him lightly despite making him work whole day for their benefits.
