Bellingham murders opened 1.6 crs without any promotion and good music with only 700 screens. Kareena' s starpower is really underrated.

It's done and dusted. The movie is boring and monotonous as mentioned by many neutral reviewers. It is not engaging film.

Despite the PR filled tweets in this topic. I’m glad the film has opened to low numbers.

The fact that it’s tied with Tripti’s movie days a lot about the real position Alia is in. And no amount of PR or paid reviews, bots, etc will change that

On the whole, Jigra is a film for the class audience only. It will do well in the high-end multiplexes and single-screen cinemas of the big cities. The Dassera holiday tomorrow (Saturday) will help. Masses will not appreciate it. Since Alia Bhatt has worked in the film without charging her fees as she is one of the producers, recovery of the moderate cost of the film will not be a problem. But the box-office business will be ordinary.
