No in the first episode itself , he says that he doesn’t believe in love. I am sure he would stop all these things and actually fall in love when Sadaf starts working for him.

I watched the episode but the moment he saw Sadaf that did give love at first sight feeling ,he may realise it after properly meeting again

It’s infatuation to me so far. Also the hiring might be to reward Namdaar Mirza . If he had such intentions, he wouldn’t promise to stay away from her.

More than Sadaf right now, he’s pondering over Naamdar sahab’s words to him. He has a respect for this man and gives his opinions importance. So for him to think his daughter cannot even be mentioned by him and never told him about her relevant degree and her not applying here MUST have concerned him. This is what I feel is leading to his self insight. He’s looking at himself through Naamdar’s eyes and he doesn’t approve. It must bother him someone is taking all these measures just so his presence could be avoided around someone they care for.

So I see his upcoming actions as more of a reassurance to Namdaar Mirza that he’s not a plague. This explanation is the most logical for me right now because no, that was not “love” at first sight. Right now I think Namdaar’s opinion of him is what bothers him the most.

Ya everyone is saying that he is hiring her cos of love but I feel he is genuinely impressed by her CV.

It’s what I’m choosing to believe. Otherwise the undertone of this whole thing is actually quite predatory if you think about it. He sees this girl on the road, then those cringe lines, then creeping up on her dad while he’s on the phone with the “tou woh aap ki beti thi?” - it was a jump scare moment for me and wahaj played it so well - then sending her brother flowers on his birthday, inquiring about her degree and now hiring her without probably consulting her dad? Yeah this can easily be labelled predatory behavior. So I hope it’s handled properly next week.
