Not really understandable why she is on the list...Sreeleela acted in some Telugu movies (not all of them really successfull) and also in Kannada movies (she still is quite young).
This year she starred alongside Mahesh Babu in Guntur Karam...
Maybe this ranking website is also one of those one can pay to get mentioned...
