If I sum up the incidents then it actually makes sense. No security in the hospital. The chutiya sandip ghosh was trying to remove the evidence of any rackets. Just then this drunk monster sanjay roy came there and started loitering around the hospital. He saw the poor victim and became extremely happy. He did brutally finished a life. Later after few hours some people came to know about this and sandip ghosh tried to hide the matter so he didn't call police but since some junior doctors made the incident viral so he was doomed. To save his skin, the asshole lied that it's a suicide case but later when the body was found, he tried to blame the victim. Since he was influencial person so few police officers tried to cover for him but they grabbed the real culprit within 24 hours. But since Sandip Ghosh was suspicious so a CBI investigation was demanded. That's why mamta banerjee had no problem with cbi investigation because she knew that they were not involved in the case. However sandip ghosh's sudden transfer still remains a question. But the attack that happened on 14th August was done to incite the doctors and deviate from the case. I don't think TMC did this because they are not fool enough to give people the golden chance to question them provided they were not involved in the rape case. I think this was done by cpm goons as they always wanted a chance to avenge and remove TMC party for overthrowing them. By doing this they deviated the case and intentionally tried to give it a political angle. After that cpm along with that good for nothing subendu adhikari actively tried to create riots in the state. Now bjp is acting logically as doctors are not wanting to go back to their work or serve patients. BJP is trying to calm them down and make them understand that they should keep doing the protest but they shouldn't leave their patients. But cpm is continuously brainwashing them to not go back to their works. There's a reason why cpm can never ever come back to Bengal. BJP's brain is working now so let's see what happens in the next elections. Having said that TMC's callous and selfish nature is proved though

This is being shown in aaj tak channel as well. CBI claims that the semen sample, injury samples matches only with sanjay roy and no one else. Hence CBI concludes that sanjay roy is the only one who brutally raped and murdered the poor girl. CBI also says that the reports of 150 ml semen found in post martum report was false. CBI is saying this with full certainity that only sanjay roy did this. However CBI says that sandip ghosh tried to hide the matter to save his hospital's reputation and he was involved in lots of rackets

If that's the case, he should be punished at the earliest 😡😡😡😡
