And for your information there is separate sort of punishments for intentional crimes and accidental crimes. You can not merge both by simply quoting 'Crime is a Crime'.

Aisa hota toh Navjot Siddhu would have rotted in jail for killing a man with a slap but he was sentenced 1 year jail term because it was just an accident and not a cold blooded murder.
