Anyways this guy's is a criminal IMO. Nothing proven yet but almost everybody said he was responsible for his GF Tunisha (She acted in a few shows, Chakravartin Ashok Samrat , Internet wala Love and I think fitoor movie too) Suicide. I think he was even jailed for sometimes for this but as it is these things can't be proven unless there is a written or video evidence.

One more thing I noticed (actually my husband did)after watching old episodes of TMKOC that even Taarak doesn't leave a chance to flirt with other ladies, he was full on flirting mode in saree sale episode with her friend Sonal that too in front of Anjali
