I don't think that will be shown in Hindi version. Cousin marriage is looked down upon in North. I guess even in Marathi version, they are not related, where such marriages are prevalent.

as per wiki, the tamil version says she's the driver's adopted daughter. was she the adopted daughter of the driver in the marathi version ??
