IIFA Utsavam? Was this the South version of IIFA?

I thought there was only 1 IIFA.

Yes, it's the South Indian version of IIFA the way there's also a Filmfare Awards South. They have categories based on the different languages. The main Filmfare and IIFA focus just on Hindi films.
