I too feel the same. And he was closer to her I guess...

That's why Arjun is giving personal attention to such case as his trauma about loss of Bua and connecting to Megha a lot, even others now that's something to be understood otherwise why a civil servant will establish personal relations to sort out the matter in this depth.....

Yeah, his dialogue about Mata Rani chain was like, " Meri buji mujhe maa Durga ki kahani sunaya karthi thi".. something like that. It's as if she used to tell him these stories when he was a child and probably gave him this locket to remind him of maa Durga's power and also never to mistreat women as they are capable of eliminating the most evil rakshasas.

I don't know but I felt she might not be alive seeing how closely he kept the locket with him and how sincerely he is helping abandoned wives in their plight. Mujhe laga.. let's see

Yes, he did say his buji used to tell Maa Durga's stories. I guess either she must have committed suicide or come into depression and passed away. Or maybe killed by her in - laws. But, it looks like Arjun was inspired by his buji.

Now, seeing the dadi, I am regretting asking for Arjun's family

Today Arjun's father and his Dadi (probably) was introduced.

Both fully opposite, one blamed Megha for his suspension and another Arjun.

Arjun's father knows there might be something which moved him very badly that's why without thinking anything, he went out of his way to help Megha while Dadi conveniently blamed Megha and her upbringing for Arjun's suspension.

Both are different and extreme, let's see how's mom
