last i remember watching her was in sasural genda phool ig, and she was not close to being this ott. I dunno whether its the director's brief or what, but watching her is a pain these days and I fear it will get worse.

I have seen her other shows and even her recent OTT show where she was really good and nuanced.

I really feel its the brief, coz this mainly happens when she had to be made the villian or when she has to cry, otherwise in the softer moments even here Shruti is okay
