Mujhse Dosti Karoge! (Will you be my friend!) Part 1

This TS is my version of the movie Mujhse dosti karoge with a twist.

Subhan,

Ibadat

and Mannat

were best friends in childhood.Subhan was more closer to Mannat.

Subhan's father got a job in America and they decided to shift there.Subhan was very sad to be away from Mannat,so as Mannat.

Subhan:I will miss you Mannat.

Mannat:I will also miss you Subhan.

Ibadat's and Mannat's mother Dua said:Don't worry children.You both can chat online.

The kids were still not happy.

Mannat received Subhan's mail.Mannat replied.

She kept getting Subhan's mails.

But suddenly Mannat fell ill.She had pneumonia. She was not able to reply to Subhan.

Mannat was lying on the bed and weeping:Ibadat,I can't reply to Subhan?What to do?

Ibadat:Don't worry Mannat.I will reply to Subhan on your behalf.

Mannat was relieved:Thank you Ibadat.

Ibadat started messaging Subhan in Mannat's name.That continued for years and now all are adults.

They are excited as Subhan is coming back to India.

Mannat:I am so happy Ibadat that Subhan is returning.

Ibadat:I am also very happy.

Suddenly Mannat became dull.

Mannat:But I am worried about Subhan's reaction when he comes to know that it was not me,but you were the one who was chatting with me.Because though I could not continue chatting with him, I really love Subhan.

Ibadat:Don't worry Mannat.I will not tell Subhan that I was the one who was chatting with him in your name.

Mannat:But I want him to know the truth.I don't want to betray him.

Ibadat:You are right Mannat.We should not fool Subhan.

Ibadat said in her mind:How can I tell Mannat that I also fell in love with Subhan while chatting with him?

Subhan returned from America.

Both Ibadat and Mannat were excited to see him.

Dua:Subhan,can you recognize them?

Subhan:Sure.I remember their features very well.

He went near Mannat and said:You are Mannat.Right?

Mannat was surprised.

Mannat:You recognized me.I am so happy.

He smiled.

Subhan asked Ibadat:How are you Ibadat?

Ibadat:I am fine Subhan.How are you?

Subhan:I am fine as I got my friends back.

They smiled.

Subhan looked at Mannat:You look stylish like always Mannat.

Mannat blushed.

Ibadat thought:Why is Subhan calling Mannat by her name itself?He was calling me Gungun while chatting.

Subhan and Mannat were walking together.

Subhan:Will you be my friend Mannat?

Mannat:I will think about it.

Subhan:What?

They burst into laughter.

They sang and walked around having fun.

Mannat:Subhan,I need a favour from you.

Subhan:You called me your friend.Then how can it be a favour?

She smiled.

Mannat:In the colony function,I going to dance.But I need a partner.Will you be my dance partner?

Subhan :Sure Mannat.What is the need of asking me?

She smiled cheerfully.

Mannat:One more thing.You,me and Ibadat were close friends in childhood.Let us relive those days by going out and chilling together.

Subhan:Very nice idea.I am waiting.

She smiled.

Mannat and Subhan danced together at the colony function having a lot of fun with each other.

Haider-Dua celebrated their wedding anniversary.

To their surprise,at the party Subhan proposed to Mannat taking out a ring.

Subhan:Mannat,as you know in childhood itself I liked you very much.When I became a teenager,you became my crush.In adulthood I began to love you.After spending time with you,I started loving you like crazy.Your childish crazy bubbly chirpy nature is what made me love you.

Mannat was surprised and happy.

Ibadat thought:Why is Subhan behaving strangely?While chatting with me,he told me that he loved my serious mature nature.But now he is saying that it's Mannat's childish crazy nature which captured his heart.

Mannat:I also love you Subhan.Since childhood I have been liking you.

Subhan became so happy he put the ring on her finger.Ibadat became dull.

Haider-Dua became very happy,so as Subhan's parents.

They:Congrats Subhan and Mannat.

Subhan and Mannat smiled at them.

Ibadat smiled tearfully.She hid her tears.

Ibadat said in her mind:I never thought that losing Subhan will break my heart.

Suddenly Mannat remembered that she has not Subhan the truth that she was not the one who chatted with him.She became upset.

Ibadat and Mannat went to meet Subhan.

Subhan:Mannat,what's the important matter that you want to tell me?

Mannat:Subhan,I hid a very important matter from you.I have not chatted with you Subhan.It was Ibadat who chatted with you.You love me because of the chat.Right?

Subhan was shocked.

I thought Subhan already knew that he was chatting with Ibadat and not Mannat, and was just tricking them to make them confess the truth. I also didnt expect Mannat to confess so soon. I hope he still chooses Mannat and doesnt change his mind after knowing the truth he should love her more for saying the truth

The childhood bonding between Subhan, Ibadat, and Mannat was sweet. Their separation was painful. Loved to see their reunion in their adulthood. The dance sequences was fantastic. Subhan proposing to Mannat was romantic. Ibadat hidden emotions are painful. Is Mannat playing Rani's role or Kareena's role?

It was revealed in rhe beginning that Ibadat was the one who was chatting with Subhan.So mannat is kareena.

Lovely update.... well written

The child actor u chose for Subhan and Mannat are really cute, especially Subhan. Children scene was nice. So Ibadat chatted with Subhan when Mannat became ill. Sad that both the sisters fell in love with same guy. What's with the name change? He called Ibadat Gungun? Mannat Subhan song sequences were nice. Surprisingly I have heard andekhi anjaani and aaj Kal ke ladke songs long ago. So Ibadat was talking to someone else in Subhan's name who was acting as Subhan? Waiting for Subhan's reaction. Perfect pics

I felt that the child of SNS had the face shape of Dheeraj.So I showed him as the childhood version of Subhan.The girl who is little Mannat played Seerat Kapoor's younger version in Imlie.So here also I showed her as the younger version of Seerat.Thanks a lot.

Ibadat and Mannat went to meet Subhan.

Subhan:Mannat,what's the important matter that you want to tell me?

Mannat:Subhan,I hid a very important matter from you.I have not chatted with you Subhan.It was Ibadat who chatted with you.You love me because of the chat.Right?

Subhan was shocked.

Her eyes were full of tears.

Mannat:This guilt is killing me.

I did'nt want to fool you purposefully.I was lazy to type after I was down with illness.But trust me.My love for you never changed.But if you loved me because of the chat,you loved the wrong person.The person you loved is Ibadat.

Ibadat became emotional.

Subhan got fed up and raised his voice holding her hand tight:Stop it.

Mannat held his hand crying:Subhan!

He cupped her face in his palm and said emotionally:

I did'nt love Ibadat at all.I loved only you.Did you understand?

Mannat-Subhan shared an emotional eye lock.

They embraced each other tearfully.

Ibadat smiled emotionally.

They broke the embrace.

Subhan:Mannat...I did not love you because of the chat.Because I was not the one who chatted with Ibadat.Though Dua aunty suggested the idea of chatting,I was so busy with my studies that I could not chat with you.

Ibadat and Mannat were shocked.

Ibadat:What nonsense are you saying Subhan?Then who chatted with me?

Subhan:You remember my my best friend Anubhav?He used to play with you in childhood.

Ibadat:Of course yes.How can I forget Anubhav?He was my dearest friend.I was sad when he left for America.

Subhan:It was Anubhav who chatted with you.He was my neighbour in America.

Mannat was shocked.

Anubhav:Yes.Subhan told me that circumstance made him say the truth to you and Mannat.Gungun..I want to tell you everything.Subhan was so busy that he was not mailing Mannat.So on his behalf I sent a mail to Mannat.But after that I realised that it was not Mannat,but you who was chatting.So I continued chatting with you as since childhood days I have a soft corner for you.

Ibadat:How did you recognize me?

Anubhav:Because of the way you spoke in words.You were poetic since childhood and I knew your likes.

Ibadat:But I failed to recognize you.I am sorry.

Anubhav:It's okay Gungun.

Ibadat:Why do you call me 'Gungun'?

Anubhav:Because since childhood you are calm,warm and musical.It's music which made us good friends.Right?You did not like me calling you 'Gungun'?

Ibadat smiled.

Ibadat:No,I love this name which you gave me.

He smiled.

Anubhav:Gungun,I know that though I am from America,I look like a typical traditional Indian.I may not suit a beautiful stylish woman like you.So I am willing to leave.

Ibadat became emotional and called him:Anubhav!

She went closer to him and held his hand.

Ibadat:Don't say like that Anubhav.If you did'nt have this inferiority complex,you would not have hidden your identity from me.I like you as you are.You are very handsome.Music is your beauty.And I love you.

Anubhav looked at her emotionally:What?

Ibadat:Yes Anubhav.I really love you.

Anubhav:I love you too Gungun.

They shared an intense eye lock.

Subhan-Mannat exchanged rings at the engagement ceremony.

Anubhav and Ibadat went to a restaurant for dinner.

Anubhav:This is our first dinner date.

Ibadat:Yes.The atmosphere is romantic too.

Anubhav:The first date has to be very romantic.Right?

She blushed.

Anubhav and Ibadat were spending time at the balcony.

Ibadat:Anubhav,we became close because of music.Why don't we cherish music?

Anubhav smiled:Yes Gungun.Music fills our life with romance.

She smiled.
