He looks exactly like young Shah Rukh Khan! He should make a debut instead of Suhana.

He may look like that but he hasn't the same life experience and - definitely - isn't like SRK (but certainly has traits of him).

Suhana chose a wrong movie. And she is choosing wrong brands. King will decide if that will be her last movie or not.

It's Suhana who decides...SRK may give advices and support but he respects that she is a person of her own.

Btw, Suhana acted according to the character-profile she got...and she also is the only one whose character changed...the other ones hadn't a change in their characters (which is understandable as they grew up in the town whilst Veronica got also a Western education).

Because of all the flack this movie got, I've watched it with the kids again, then with a group of friends (youngsters and parents) who don't know any of these actors or Hindi movies. I noticed that a lot of bias against the star kids tainted the opinions here (and on sm).

We even discussed the movie and the performances. The kids of course know about SRK and Suhana and as they love SRK they could have been positive towards Suhana, but the other group neither know about SRK nor starkids during the discussion.

Here in the forum there hadn't been a proper discussion of the movie, just (mostly) rejection.

Yes, he was...and he will be good in King, too.

People only support Aryan over Suhana because they see him as a physical copy of his father. There's no guarantee he'll be anything like SRK on screen.

Same reason people want Ibrahim to debut while they criticize Sara because they think he'll be a copy of Saif since he physically resembles him.

I think people's crushes on these male actors blind them to the fact that the kids will not be guaranteed to be like their parents, in terms of screen image and personality. We've already seen that with Amitabh/Abhishek, Dharmendra/Bobby, Hema/Esha, Sridevi/Janhvi, etc. Has there been a single example so far of a superstar whose kid became as big or an even bigger superstar than them? Even the Kapoors in all their generations have not had anyone come close to Raj Kapoor's popularity. Randhir, the eldest son, was a complete flop.
