Hygiene is very important.

  • Wash your hands often, especially after using the toilet

  • Wash between your legs from front to back

  • Take showers instead of baths

  • Wear cotton underwear that isn't too tight

  • sanitary pad hygiene

  • Minimize douching, sprays, or powders in the genital

Burning can also be due to the vaginal infection. While some burning sensation can be before and after period.
