Hadh of Abhira bashing is to blame her even now for crying, being broken. She is utterly devastated by the news and legitimately worried about Armaan resenting her seeing how the man was planning pregnancy before even honeymoon and has already kept baby items ready for the day she gives birth. In a vulnerable state she will be sunaoed crap by V too. She needs time to process it, think of seeing another doctor etc. I'm sure she is not stupid enough to give up on the man she loves to the moon and back unless she's absolutely sure that she has no medical options available at all.
