If it is true that there's no pregnancy, but only tumor..I think it will be in an advanced stage requiring immediate removal..Ani being J's ex husband and AK being a sane person, calling Ani makes sense ..

I think knowing that J is not pregnant and also not staying with AK, Ani will be happy...just like Rahul's case, here also his MU regarding J AK relationship will be cleared ..but obviously he will still be hurt that J tried to frame him...Now the only way out is Ani recalling the night...
