If the report is real, abhira will never willingly marry armaan. Itv fls are selfless, they can't show her marrying him knowing she can't fulfill his dream to be a dad.

The easiest way out is to show hospital messed up. She has some complications but curable. Laati bhi nahi tutegi & saanp bhi marr jayega. As in abhira goenka house bhi chali jayegi & wedding will also proceed.
