Here they took a very smart calculative man and are telling us his jealousy addled his brain for good; with no rational thought at all over a long period of time; not even a fleeting acknowledgement of his hypocrisy; even when everyone throws the 2 naav analogy at him - the thought does not even cross his mind. I don't mind Ani being human - here what they are showing is not palatable because he lacks basic understanding. The Ani they are trying to portray cannot exist in reality. Characterization cannot be explained logically - only with temporary insanity; and if he is overall insane that will be ok...here with everyone but J his brain works just fine.
1 year about to be completed... Anirudh couldn't confess his love to J openly...here makers made AK confess his 'true' feelings for J, to J in just 1-2 hours of common screen time!๐๐

Bold - In past they showed him remebering the promise but now they are not highlighting even in monologues that he remembers even staying in same room and bed. They want audience to get convinced that he doe snot remebers anything just to portray its a MU and he is not doing intentionally here. If they highlight even remebering the hug then they can;t justify him as ML. He did have physical attraction from the time he met initially her in kashmir. On birthday date night also he somehow controlled his emotions. He asked also that night whether she acknowledges the marriage if jhanak would have accepted on that day , they would have done the deed on that day only. Now he is throwing tantrum on her. He is saying ILU to jhanak without even remebering saying ILU to Arshi. Why he is not thinking that he is cheating Arshi when he is staring at jhanak saying ILU to jhanak in monos just bcoz of adhi shaadi. Jhanakland is illogical
yeah she was already in stress but he wanted to show that he is ready to accept the kid even without pyar and marriage just to keep her existence in his life and to show difference between ANI and AK. This sudden love of AK is too much to digest. Now he want her existence in his life why he will clear MU between runak. No way.
