It's very less possibility but it could also be Kaveri, the doctor is her friend. And Ruhi ka IQ dekhkar I don't think she could forged a medical document.

I know the BTS video you’re referring to ..and it seemed misleading ..but if you watch it carefully, you’ll see that he is referring to the engagement …but like I said, he could be joking this time round ..because I really don’t want to believe that Ruhi would actually resort to creating a fake report that is claiming that Abhira has serious cardiac issues .. wanting Armaan is one thing but if she can actually resort to faking medical reports, that’s a new low …and they’re going to celebrate their sibling bond after this 🤮

I agree …but Ruhi also keeps boasting about being a doctor’s daughter ..you think she could’ve pulled out some old report from her mother’s computer ? wasn’t her Poppy a cardiologist too ? So if she has access to their files etc, there is a chance she could …but I so don’t want it to be that ugly .. I would rather it was a mixup at the clinic or something …making Ruhi outright evil is not required really .. her being unable to get over Armaan is one thing and playing stupid games for that ..but tampering with medical records is too serious a crime and I would rather they didn’t show Ruhi doing such things ..because soon enough they’ll be going “Phoolan ka taaron ka” 🙄

Abhira should know about her maternal family properly.. and Manish Goenka can do it properly now that he knows Abhira and Ruhi will not be in the same house

I want the report to be done by mistake .. not any chal of Ruhi … so that Abhira sees how easily she can be thrown out of the house .. MG also sees how precarious her situation is .. and has been .. so how important it is for him to give her the identity and the name of her real relatives like Kairav and the singhanias

This is a must because MG is already in deaths door .whatever position Akshara faced .. due to her own choice of not being in touch .. she always knew Kairav was her brother she could have remained in touch with him ..

It’s not like relatives need to support you financially..but you do need them behind your back

I want the leads to meet after 2 years where they both have progressed in their career based on different cities .. before their break up Abhira tells Armaan to get married and settle down with someone his family feels is perfect for him

It would be good if Abhira is dating another man when she meets him and he is also looking for another appropriate match
