So I guess after J leaving BH..she will forces Ani for marriage registration...I have a feeling that today Ani compared J and Arshi, so in future Ani going to face same accusations from Arshi if he decide to breakup with arshi . SK does not want the truth of anishi coming out. So yes they might force him to stay like this only. Once he knows he made up with jhanak he wonโt be even able to manipulate Arshi . His confidence will crush and he needs to accept the realty
