Yes, you are right. It certainly was a dream. Manish won't reveal the truth as the Goyenkas can't afford an annoyed Ruhi. The entire slap sequence and the slight white wash work regarding his concern for Abhira in the part wherein cvz unsuccessfully try to portray Manish didn't want to hurt Abhira or to make her leave her marriage. WTH was that ? Abhira ki kaan kechna hai .
