The purpose of the dream might be to show that MG thinks Abhira will break off the marriage OR Roohi will break it

And he doesn’t want that to happen

Or alternatively he realizes both sisters will fight forever and they have to live in the same house so he will try to keep the truth away

Please. That scene was so funny. Ruhi accuses Abhira's mom of double murder and her first reaction is to..... Break off her engagement?

At least this weird dream means that Manish doesn't want to give any more thappads to Armaan. Small mercies.

Abhira can u investigate what happened so that I don't have to listen to ruhi screeching like a broken record🙉

Even if MG reveals the truth for real someday, Kaveri will stop with family taunts and start with taunting Abhira about how her mother destroyed everything blah blah, compare her with Akshara.
