its not about who gives guarantee but timing of loan approval and getting money and Kaveri coming in the way of her getting the money

If she files new application with new guarantor, she wont get money in time to host the event

She is maintaining peace as much as possible for the sake of Armaan and the others like V,M, chacha, chachi, chorus gang

She knows Armaan despite everything cares too much for Kaveri and PH folks and will not be happy to have kalesh.
