But that prenup was made by Tara's friend as she feared Tara's hockey career would get sabotaged by Naksh's family. I vaguely remember bua dadi slapping/taunting Tara's coach for his closeness though Tara stated that he was like a father figure or something.

Anyways Tara rejected her friend's idea, even was about to destroy the papers but couldn't. Naksh broke the marriage because he felt betrayed for hiding this prenup thing and Tara's lack of trust on him.

Imagine someone sent her docs related to custody paper of abheeras mummas dead son, she went like ye ladki... Then she played smartly it doesn't matter her bahu knows about this or not. She will protect the waris Arman don't matter
