ideally, irl if you have in-laws like this, you should run in the opposite direction as fast as possible. But that will not happen here. I do not think they will even dwell much over how pathetic the clauses are, especially the ones related to pregnancy and leaving the child. As per the BTS, yes he knows that the prenup says that if she leaves, she will not get custody of the child.
