Basically both Abhimaan acknowledge family isnt perfect but still they can't see them as evil. Varna they would be gone from PH. Abhira craves family too. Knows the pain of not having one. She enjoys having people even if they are not her khoon. She recognizes Armaans attachment to the family no matter how much he loves her now. And she would never want to put him in a situation to choose between her and them. Similarly Armaan despite his deep rooted pain and insecurities about sautela treatment, he knows why, he is the oldest so he accepts the pressures and expectations and he is too used to it. So he might speak about how he's felt second hand treatment but he never wants to abandon them for good.

Kaveris regressive mentality and strong personality is known to all. her hold on the family is not questionable. So getting her approval and blessings still matter to Abhimaan. They dont enjoy hurting her, walking away from her but would rather go through the pain of convincing her. And the thing is she reciprocates too. Itna bakwaas karti hai but ultimately she didn't let Abhimaan leave. She gives bashing and then emotional spiel on Armaan ke shaadi ke sapne and wanting him to be blessed with a child. So its not easy to just paint her as a villain and leave.

Its the sad reality of how families work. So its easy to say- why does Ab want her validation or why cant they just leave. But its not that simple

Leaving PH will be really good for the growth of Abhimaan and their relationship. But i dont see it happening anytime soon.

The point is not if they will accept the child or not. The point is when dadisa is always calling off armaan for being born out of wedlock no one stops her.
