The thing is TRP are very less for every show in ITV right now. That's why most PH are cost-cutting. Even though Anupama is No.1 the three lead actors probably charge a bomb and they can't survive with this TRP.
This is the reason most shows are bringing new faces or unknown faces.

What I meant was even after being No. 1 show they are still heading for leap probably because of the actors salary.

Regarding casting not so popular actors as leads, I agree. And it works too. See Ghum. Trp is more or less the same after the exit of a very known face too.
