Shristi keeps saying Urvasi did something to her like what J did to Arshi, we dont know what it is and even if its true. She could have used this to blackmail Urvasi with this or something like this that could harm Jhanak...who knows

Leena can go either way. I'm thinking after she has milked all the negativity for Ani; she may bring some story like this regarding Ani; and lo and behold Ani is white washed and J the berehem lass. It is as easy as that, and it will be convincing too. Ani could have told the secret about J's dad to Guruji - because he may have realized because of Shristi blackmailing him; he cannot out J's dad's secret. Any line of thought can be changed as easily as this.

The problem is this kind of writing is playing with viewers emotions by withholding information. From the beginning this is what Leena does..thats why no one is able to guess what is coming next and we are all left stunned with the drama. I am convinced they will eventually make Ani a saint in some way or the other. Wait and see.

Bold - for this to hold true even while withholding information from the viewers, the narrative has to stay true to character traits even while enigmatic.

This hasn’t been supported by the events unfolding..

You mentioned that Ani’s actions atm are seeming to come from duress….ok fair enough - accepted( I haven’t seen it so I will accept your perspective and I know Krushal has the capacity to deliver this thin line very well) but unfortunately, there is vagueness in the Ani-Arshi dynamic post fire incident.

There has been nothing particularly in Arshi’s demeanour to suggest that she is volatile.. except for a small scene when she stopped the SR.. After that she was Chandni not Arshi. Additionally, Shristi who keeps feeding into Arshi plays no role in that phase to advise Arshi to become physically close to Ani…My point being how dumb is the villain otherwise but somehow Leena is expecting me to believe yet they have the power to hold Ani to ransom somehow. Give me the straw to clutch at that Arshi is capable of destroying Jhanak coz if it’s anyone else it doesn’t matter to Ani. And ofc it needs to be a credible one.

The problem is Leena is juggling too many hats so tripping big time. Leena knows that no motivation is strong enough to keep Ani from acknowledging his progeny so they have created a scenario where Ani doesn’t remember the incident but no one can buy that because they didn’t build those scenes to age well.


So what remains for me to conclude that

1) Ani is now deeply committed to Arshi so he wanted her to recover and so he asked Jhanak to lose for no other reason other than Arshi’s sole well-being ( chalo yeh bhi maan liya post fire incident) having reconciled to Jhanak going away

&

2) Ani is deeply committed to Arshi but has a meltdown when he sees Jhanak with Adi.

I can go on…. But you see where this is going..

So Priya if I might explain how I understand based on what has been shown so far :

Ani is under duress about something ( chalo maan lete hain) and reconciled to a loveless life with Arshi to help her recover her mojo and when he meets Jhanak, he is taken aback but recovers enough to request her to lose to his wife ( but one whom he isn’t married to)

Then , faced with Jhanak and Adi, he loses it but after the tongue lashing he is fully reconciled to going back and leading a life with Arshi ( loveless or not I don’t know) Then Jhanak drops the baby bomb and he is livid as he doesn’t remember anything. Now he wants to save his relationship with Arshi whose status is unknown ( married, unmarried, under duress,loveless or lustful kuch pata nahin)

But ek cheez pata hain…

Ani babu can think up the most bizarre motives wrt Jhanak

Could she have tried to kill Arshi coz whatever

Could she have had decided to have a baby with Adi and then pass it off as mine to take revenge on me for asking her to lose to Arshi?

Only Ani/Leena can think thus 😂😂😂

Leena is very smart about how to keep us on the edge, here we will be discussing, insta and twitter everywhere, people are just not buying the current story of how Ani can get so berehem to J suddenly, I am sure Leena will give us jatka with Ani again very soon and the way they are releasing the bts, articles and videos, they are definitely cooking something to engage us more and more into the show because understandably the competition is so fierce they need to beat Upma and Udne ki Asha and Rishta are following up as well with this Ghum show. So, Leena will not let go of this opportunity to flip and flip her characters, she is doing it with J as well though this progression looks more realistic. After Kashmir J stopped understanding Ani and this is the biggest mistake she is making. He wanted her to support him even if they couldn’t not be together but she called him two timer and just made him the bad person and she is making it again the same with this pregnancy track. I sympathize with J, but she did not sympathize with Ani since Kashmir. And the way she gave up her trophy for Arshi didi, it did not look like ahe loved Ani, she was just feeling guilty she slept with Arshi didi husband and now she returned the ehsaan of Arshi and Ani by giving up on her love for Ani. Love makes people fight for it, and she knew he loved her but she never verbally accepted his feelings. So, for me she is just cruel to Ani since Kashmir and hurting him while he trying to maybe protect her from her the evil Shrishti. Imagine media will be after J if Arshi gives the news of J’s pregnancy. J’s career and reputation is at stake because it will definitely take some time for media to find out J and Ani were married and J will be called that she has slept with Arshi’s partner, people will gossip and humiliate her, Boses will be humiliated as well. So, how we do know exactly what Ani is thinking about this allegation, he might have some fears regarding his image, he may lose his job, he might be called rapist, cheater as who knows what story Arshi gives to media. She may file a case against him as well that he tricked her into staying with him because she is famous while sleeping with her cousin whom he brought without her permission from Kashmir. Lots of things may rushing through his mind. So, I will give him time to think about the situation. Then we will see what makers actually make out of it.

In this show all the characters are flawed, even good ones. Take Boroma, who told she wants Appu to die as asks for food, embarrassed Boroma in front of evil Boses.

Take Chotton, how he doesn’t do anything good most of the time, but now he is a hero as he supported J

Jethu also slapped Appu when she was not behaving properly.

Vinayak is good but doesn’t have any impact on his daughter, he is weak and Shrishti just mutes him all the time.
