I see him doing that, trying to convince Arshi and her freak mother that he loves her, but his heart is jealous that J has moved on in life and doesn’t even recognize him anymore. So that’s why he behaves in splits like it is shown by makers. About the pregnancy I am sure he did not expect as he does not remember anything thanks to fever. For this track I cannot say much now as I will need to wait a few more episodes to hear him out or see his emotions.
