Just watched the epi - Ani Kumar is just being Ani Kumar - not 1 inch of character growth - galti se bhi 
He caught J and Adi red-handed during ad shoot in the middle of the night -> Bbas, that was enough -> Take things at face value -> conclusion -J entertained AK and tumse mujhe yeh umeed nehi thi, main tumhe kuchh aur samajhta tha ! This is NOT the Jhanak I know !
They patched up , yes from there on, but apart from being sorry for his mis-behaviour , he wasn't sorry for thinking the way he did about J, he wasn't sorry for his thoughts !
And there was no clarifications provided by J and no discussion on what actually transpired that night happened between the two - harakiri !
Ani retains his core traits to the T, he is over-protective of J, thinks HE has the only 'haq' to be J's friend, philosopher, well-wisher and guide !
And HE CANNOT stand MOST MEN around J ! RuNak fans probably looks at this, atm , as some respite - chalo jealousy hai, same toxic jealousy, which means pyar hai !
Jiss din indifference ho gaya, sachh mein mujhe koi fark nehi padta ho gaya, uss din is death knell for RuNak !
You can argue Ani has moved on with Arshi, why can't J move on with Adi ! Of course she can! Ani can counter - Tumne mujhe Arshi didi ke saath rehne ko dhakela tha, every single time ! Aur yeha maine tumhe bahut bar aghah kiya, ki AK acha admi nehi hai , usse dur raho , I know his intentions, you are too masum to fully fathom how AK is ! So usse dur rehne mein tumhari bhalai hai !
AK's dual face, acha admi in front of J and convincing Ani ki I will WIN J, is adding fuel to Ani's insecurities, he genuinely thinks AK nurses ill intentions for J ! In AK's game, J will be the worst loser !
Now the latest sequence of events :-
Ani warns J of AK's ill-intent -> J ushers AK in , into her hotel room and tells Ani to get out , re-confirming that her and AK's relationship 'badla' hai, it has changed dynamics, Khade q hai jaiye yeha se-> Ani learns that AK and J are in an affair and likely to move in and live together from A and S -> J is accompanying AK and is letting her buy clothes for her -> They are coming to the party together -> Kal they will sing and dance together -> Ani Kumar is a ticking TimeBomb -> Barse J par in the BTS with sirf tumhe AK dikhta hai ajkal, main nehi dikhta (the childishness of this accusation is hilarious - this is AM I CLEAR that I am jealous and insecure of AK, ya fir aur spasht shabd mein kahu?)
And J's comback in party- I have rejected you a million times, kafi bar aapko thukra chuki hu, I don't need your attention, your validation in my life - all this and Ani goes to check on J in her hotel room , when he learns she is behosh?
Not sure what his reaction will be, when he sees J, in AK's arms , plus AK had said at the hotel lobbym that he has come to fetch her ! Ratti bhar self-respect , na J mein dikhti hai , na Ani mein - they be like chalo gaali de diya ek dusre ko, jitna de paye, abb next masle pe focus karte hai, how can we better ourselves in our ghamasan fights 
Ladhai ka tuitions dena should be their side-hustle , ameer ho jayenge dono ! How to effectively fight with eo in the worst way possible !
Koi Ani ko yeh bhi bata do, ki Adi ne J ko chocolate gift ki thi - sholo kola purno ho jaye

Coming to red flags - J ki life ke sabse badi red flag - J khud hai ! She has been so unabashedly cheating her ownself , let alone mis-leading Ani, abb tak Arshi didi jaap kiya, abb jab aankhon ke samne apna sacrifice dekh rahi hai, she can't digest - Sirji kitne khush lag rahe hai, unke 'wife' ne trophy jo jeeti hai
While Ani cannot accept the fact that J has some one else in her life, who is taking care of her, protecting her, helping her in her career - J cannot tolerate the fact that Ani is taking care of Arshi, the way he used to once take care of J ! Sara attention Ani ka is on his 'wife'? He is doing everything to make his 'wife' happy? He is happy with his 'wife' 's success?
In dono ke dangal mein, hum logo ka kuchh na mangal hone wala ! We are like Guruji Jr. pees rahe hai aur clueless ki yeh torture khatam hoga kabb
Abb jo Gaddha in dono ne tasalli se khode the, unko yeh bbas aur deep se deeper banayenge, aur uske andar hi rahenge, ek dusre se ladte huye ! So long folks
RuNak ki haar tay hai, har baar, baar baar - iss attitude ke sath, neither will budge one inch, it will only get worse

Some thoughts on the last few episodes
I may be in a minority here but I still feel Aniโs core character traits are still in tact..( my neck is on the line)
From the time Ani did not stand up for Jhanak post fire incident and that silly monologue.. there is constant worry that the makers will further butcher his character and to an extent they haveโฆ
Yet, these last three episodes in spite of even silly unnecessary monologues, I have a flicker of hope that Ani is still Ani..kuch ferbadal hua hain par phir bhi core intact hain..unfortunately since his character trait of taking up positions is a bit nuanced he will always be misunderstood or find himself in a difficult situation always
Ani and jealousy have a strange relationship. With AK, there is past history and perhaps he awakened that emotion in him strongly cos if memory serves me right, it was also the time that Ani had started to feel differently about her, seeing those photos of the ad shoot stirred an uneasy feeling in him, an emotion that I guess he wasnโt ready to verbalise. So he followed his instinct to check upon her making all excuses and unfortunately his uneasy feeling wasnโt assuaged but instead he went ballistic
clearly it was jealousy then and his distrust of AK a sub text in that interaction.r. He may have known of the reputation of AK and suddenly finding him in Jhanakโs room was hugely upsetting and he gave into his rawest emotion and instinct. We know what happened later but somewhere, that interaction and its baggage is still in the air
So, to now coming face to face with Jhanak after a period of uncertainty not know her whereabouts, this new knowledge that AK was somehow part of her life and his status in her life had undergone change hit real bad.
If you see, he did not misunderstand her relationship with Rudra ( not saying thatโs a favour ๐ but given his guy radar you never know) on the contrary went on to confide in him
and even today he is doing his best to persuade him to influence Jhanak not to make rash decisions.
Ofc in all this his jealousy about his place in her life rather his absence is cutting him to pieces and he is dealing it in a jal bin machli fashion ๐๐ poor poor guy
Rudra doing his best to tell him there is nothing to worry even if his worst fears will come true!! Thatโs his exact worryโฆ that he will be persona non grata in Jhanakโs life. He told Rudra the other day unka koi rishta kuch nahin hain beyond well wisher ya phir woh rishta nahin today Jhanak is not accepting any rishta with him!!
Badi hi fursat main likha hain Ani ka kirdar ๐ also the writers donโt need to give monologues to Ani; Krushal is capable of emoting in a way that no words are necessary and especially not silly dialogues - big rant on the dialogues- not in sync with screenplay. Director must take charge.
Haan kuch gustakhi ho gayi likhayi main par bhir Ani is clear to me as a bell!!
Thoughts welcome including differences of opinion. In a rush so maybe there are typos and unexplained thought process

โฆ Adi seems like a true friend which Jhanak needs.. who understands her wellโฆ but we have our arrogant bad guy hero
