Auditions in just 4 cities? Even last season they did in very few cities. Earlier they used to do in 15-20 cities. SRGMP this time has done much better. I guess most of the contestants are already shortlisted...

That's sad. He wanted to keep away from these reality shows and do something else. If I remember correctly, he had said in some interview that he wanted to focus on building his singing career. If he is coming back then unfortunately it is an indication that his singing career is not going well.

And that's the sad part. If Udit Narayan's son is struggling to build a singing career, if Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal barely get a handful film songs a year... Then what hope is there for newcomers like whoever our favourite Idol is!
