Ani revealing it to RP is bcoz it's RP who's fighting Guruji for Jhanak now and since Ani also knows he can't shield J under the current circumstances, he decided to reveal it to RP so that he understands the current situation and can handle / protect and shield her better. Bcoz RP is right now puzzled why Guruji is targeting Jhanak n hell bent on getting her disqualified from the competition. May be Ani will team up with RP in the future? And since RP is married may be there is no jealousy angle so he trusts him to protect Jhanak! Ani loving Jhanak may have been doubtful to many, Jhanak included.
