Guys everybody wants to meet you and take pics with you when you win a medal.. Even players want that recognition...access to high profile people who can help you out when in trouble... Their hard work is taking them places.. Her schedule next 2 weeks will be meeting people all around India only..

3) why vinesh didn't thought of switching cat before. In today's newspaper I read the USA's player with whom vinesh had to play vinesh had too switched to 50kgs category. But she made this decision 2 yrs ago which gave her body ample time to adjust.

4) In mens category too aman beat vijay dahiya in NT who won silver medalist last time.even if he wins bronze it will be a still a downgrade.

Antim was also struggling to keep her weight in check. She was starving for 2 days and at the end of it all was totally energyless in the bout.

And true, to think of it, Pakistan with 7 membered team being ahead of India in medals tally is really an eye opening thing..

Not a fair comparison imo. It is not like they sent only 7 by choice. Their athletes have failed qualification.

Yes that's true. In fact except Arshad no one had actually qualified, they were selected under some criteria to show representation

(There is some term I don't remember)

But the point remains same. They had a gold medal they are much ahead of us in Medals tally...
