I agree with the last line only

Armaan was pretty much unanimously supported for being mad at her involvement in Ru Ro divorce.

Question is- Is he really cool with leaving PH for good? He clearly is not

If so, why is he crying that he will die without his family?

If so, why is he upset that Kaveri may fire him from the firm?

He wants to stay with family and Abhira fully understands that and hence she is waiting patiently to get Kaveris approval too. She's not going to change her core personality though. She wont pretend to be someone she's not just to win Kaveris favor. Kaveri knows who Ab is too. So if she comes around it should be like earlier where she learns to tolerate Ab for who she is.

Khoon ka rishtaa will not end easily no matter how toxic poddars are. Ar is going nowhere. If Ab wants to be with Ar she has to tolerate his family including Kaveri and coexist. And she's doing that.
