Agree, he won't be jealous but definetely death stares when AK taunts him. I doubt this time he will secretely meet jhanak. As either jhanak will be guarded by AK or RP. They have aleady started the finals shoot so i guess the hospital drama will be short and we are not getting any runak moment. We might get runak confrontation if some mercy on us , and ANI realizes its his mistrust that Jhanak left him. When he goes back to kolkata his regret for not to be part of jhanak journey will overpower guilt for Arshi. Now Arshi didi is all fine so i guess now ANI will feel more guilt and regret for jhanak compared to Arshi once he goe sback.
