Yes exactly , the story progressed ( dont know progression 😝) from that part and it was all done deliberately for the story to progress...If Anirudh helps Jhanak in that track , for the mumbai track they had to come up with something bigger for her to leave the house..Jhanak would always be shadowed under Anirudh and hence he was left with just monologue and his expressions.

But since it was emphasised that he did doubt I put my thoughts...as it can vary for viewers.

Like you said the story is now epiosde wise, no connection to what was previously shown..

The makers have also shown his anxiety , nervousness , etc when he knew police took her and that trio conversation muted at the police station.

Until and unless they show it crystal clear viewers can think as per their assumption and interpretation..

I would love to believe he did trust her , but he was tied up due to Arshi aag and hospital drama .

That is what makers have done and they can also anytime twist his character by disclosing the muted conversation if they need to show leads together....but since they are getting the desired trp with this seperation track....less expectations on them being together.

That's how they are writing.. In order to generate conversations,hype they are leaving lot of things to themselves...So that there will be speculations,fan wars and result is buzz for the show.....

At this point all have theories in favour of their arguments...and things are open ended . And they can anytime use any revelation as per their requirement....

Content jaisa bhi ho..Leena is a smart writer...She knows how to churn out long running successful shows with lot of contrivances...
