Ani has taken a backseat with almost everything. I think they want to emphasize Lalon at this point, and J's journey ... I am not sure what is their plans with Ani at this point. Like you, I honestly have no idea where they want to take this if all that they are showing is of any significance or not. I feel like from this past month they are just doing timepass because of some external reason and trying to delay the story.

They know the main interest is in Runak, so they keep showing the same precap where they will meet, to drag the audience to watch 50 extra episodes. That is all.

Jhanak not thinking about Ani at all is unrealistic. Ani not going ballistic over Jhanak and appu di is also odd... There is no point in trying to understand their behavior based on these events as they are bound to prove us wrong again in the future because I think the writers are not putting any thought into this. They change the characters instead of giving it an arc. that is the itv way...

Ani has only moved one inch from his older self or perhaps not; I have seen Ani burst out in the past as well…if this track was meant to convey some significant change in Ani… looks like I have missed it….Ani is almost BAU most part, whereas from his perspective his personality should have undergone some change… it’s very slight, there is no attempt to look at Ani’s graph so honestly I don’t know where this is going…it’s terrible if it’s a love story of out of sight out of mind 😂😂😂
