I agree with your views. For me ( not to demean the epic) but Uttarkhand sounds more of itv trope where 2 lovers separate. Wife is pregnant and raises kids alone. Years later Father meets kids etc.

They should have ended epic on high note with Ravan Vadh but viewers got greedy and demanded more. Let's see what this demand turns the show into

The thing that bothers me is in Uttarkand the trajectory of Shee Ram's character takes a nosedive which is not there in the previous kands.If they telecast ,then it will add more negativity to an already sorry state of the series.

I totally agree with you abt trajectory of this show......it has started messing up from Sita haran itself but Yuddhkand is total blast😭😰🤯😵‍💫.....actually u hv joined now only, that's why,,,,otherwise we all were also ranting,rather lamenting😭 and getting pissed off over SR writers✍️ every now and then for character butchering, storyline gadbad, going astray from text,and their new creativities....once I was on verge of stopping to watch show itself😵‍💫...but then we all discuss and vent it out here,,,,again become cheerful 🤗and laugh on each other's comments.....from last few days hi thoda shaanti hai and less ranting....bcz probably we hv done enough of it😄🙃....isliye ab aisa stage aa gaya hai...."accha lage,enjoy,,,,bura lage,rant it out here and relieve emotions with friends....actual text ki baate and discussion and different pov se increase knowledge.....and lastly someone find something hilarious definitely in episode,,,then laugh over it..."😄

About extension of show bhi, last weekend hi sabka collective rant tha 😆ki Yuddhkand me aisi khichdi karne ke baad UttarKand??!!..Matlab ab to aisa tha ki jaldi acche se khtam kardo happy note par....but now they are extending... I personally take Uttarkand as later on addition....already controversial and miserable part....here also almost everyone was not much interested in watching Uttarkand....yeh forum par sab Mayavi ho jaaenge😆.....on and off visible invisible....and probably kuch gaayab bhi ho jaaye😂😅.

Problem areas for me were-

1.Too much focus on Ram - Yes Ramayana is the story of Ram but nowhere it says that it's the story of Ram ONLY.They first gave lot of limelight to Shree Ram by diluting the essence of other characters specially Lakshman.Then they changed his core personality.

2.Very less intimacy moments of the couple- The makers have the audacity to change each aspect of Ramayana but cannot show the actual sizzling ,physical chemistry between the couple.To be honest,for me though Sujay and Prachi looked good and had a noticeable chemistry before vanvaas,it was never sizzling or electrifying .Rather it was sweet,soft and gentle but then the chemistry fizzled out and felt flat.It was never shown as passionate,playful like in original.Anyways the couple never looked as if they had intense physical chemistry.Both of them were at least a foot length away from each other.

Isnt it ironic ??Showing things that never happened and then NOT telecasting what did happen quoting modesty and all...??

3.Extremely poor Vfx and casting of the Rakshas barring Ravan.- War being an extremely important part was dealt in hapazhard manner and all the negative characters are caricatures of the character which don't invoke fear .

4.Back to point 1- Ram's character was mangled beyond repair.A self assured ,confident,calm with a no nonsense attitude,aggressive( not shown) prince and a loving husband was reduced to a sermon giving ,placid,confused,( no fire) guy with delayed responses.The kind that was never there before episode 60.
