I don't think she's drunk. It looks like she had zoned out for a second and was trying to fix it with the flower twirling. I've done this many times. If I get distracted and am caught staring at nothing I do this thing. A grin ,a few bouncy steps ,maybe a little stretch or a shimmy and hum. Like I have it all under control. Distracted?-Me? No!!! never! I'm just chillin havin fun relaxin what do you even mean ??
