If she indeed is Saweras daughter then I think Salaar will be guilt ridden and might try to separate him from Emaan. I wont blame him if thats the case.

It is not going to end anytime soon.. Again once he returns from hospital his dad says him wait for another dhamaka in few hrs.. Kya hone wala hai..pata nahi
