For me it’s because I can link the premise to an older OS of mine and that one has some depressing stuff in it imosmiley37smiley37

I liked your interpretation of the scholarship student Piya, but the logic or the dialogue delivery method she used to negate somehow sounded more like Misha than Piya to me..I'm not saying Piya won't think of it, but she was known to believe even what noone else did..

You know the typical iTV heroine trope - "Tumhare aankhon mein sacchayi thi, mujhe pata chal gaya tumhari neeyat mein khot nahi..." or something..

I don't like the typical itv FLs. If anything i particularly dislike FLs in itv so yeah my version of Piya doesn't follow that trope in most of my storiessmiley36. And in this version of piya well why she doesnt believe in abhay being a vampire is well i have tried to give that too. smiley17

and as for misha and her sounding similar in my head misha is more upfront more uncaring about these things. Like she wouldn't even bother to check about Abhay and his dramas in first place so she wont even be in this situation. But each to their own.smiley1

I don't like that either. However, please consider that I've only read only 2-3 of your stories so far, and I've gotten used to the Piyaness in Piya, so show me some understanding as a new reader when I cannot connect to it a little bit smiley17

The logic is perfectly intact, no two ways on that. Any rational human would question a supernatural theory 10000x times before actually believing it, and I'm glad you put forward that view through the FL protagonist.

Ah yes, that's true too, she would not have even listened to him, ulta she would give him an entire Ted Talk, after which he would legit facepalm and be like - "Jaane do. Main bacchon se baat nahi karta." smiley37

hey relax its perfectly fine. U r entitled to ur opinions just as much as i am to mine. I was just sharing my views on itv FLs and my version of it thats all. smiley31

yeah the idea mostly comes from well mahabharat. U know after duryodhan sees krishna do what he does during piece treat negotiation he cant fathom it and he would rather refuse to believe in it. And like u aptly said in a normal human will try to reject supernatural existence in real life if they ever saw something like this. So this is inspired from this behaviour.
For me its funny that first piya wnated to prove to him that he is not normal human and he is trying to keep her away and now the roles have reversed. Now she doesn want to believe because its too much and he is like what why wont u believe me smiley37

Exactly misha and abhay would actually make good friend duo because neither cares what other does so they r kind of free with each other. No expectation no bonds etc etc smiley36

But if I kinda agree with you coz it is your prerogative as a writer to determine how to shape your plot and characters, and you explained your perspective, why should I say I don't? smiley36
