Deepika. Not dumb in a she doesn't know who Prithviraj Chauhan is way. Just bland.

Hrithik Roshan. Oh my gawd. Now that's a nobody home situation. Listening to him is excruciating. He brings up the simplest idea like it's a revelation. On top of it he has no sense of humour so it's very awkward.

Alia and Kareena make stupidity glamourous. They own it and wear it on their sleeves. So its hard to hold it against them.

There are so many but most are dumb because they've been sheltered and privileged. With Deepika and HR it goes deep and there's no hope. That's who they are. But luckily for them God has been kind. They're good looking.

Kangana is quite smart. But she ends up being shockingly stupid because of her narcissism. Terribly unlucky . She takes the cake though ,doesn't she . If you made a list of all the things she's said she'd sound like a parody.
