😁😁😁 Lot of things I want to say about SR. 1.Why makers have never followed the original ? Ram loses his consciousness many times after separation from Sita.The grief was so much he would neither eat or sleep.If in case he sleeps,he would wake up calling Sita .He would also not know when the insects and the creepy crawly reptiles drink his blood or slither over him. 2.Ram is always projected as an ideal son and man but NOT an ideal husband.He was so completely in love with her that even after 25 years of marriage in forest ,he used to openly express his love. 3.The makers over the years in all versions have always projected him some sedate guy but in real he was so passionate,aggressive and expressive.Looking at his face is like looking at the face of a lion . 4.The post kidnapping scenes was heavily censored.Ram totally looses it.He becomes delusional then Lakshman gives him the strength.

Infact after Kidnapping ,Ram goes through the 5. Stages of grief.Initially he has a premonition and his left eye twitches.He actually thinks that perhaps Seeta is eaten up by some beast in the jungle.Then after scolding Lakshman he runs to the 🛖.He searches in all the nearby places like river.Then he denies to accept.He then goes on asking each a d every tree,animal and bird asking her whereabouts.He even thinks that she is pulling a prank on him as they used to play hide and seek before.He ventures further into the forest and keeps on going in circles in the forest having lost sense of direction .Then he starts hallucinating her.He then decides to burn the entire Panchavati forest in extreme rage .Then extreme grief and agony and he decides to end his life.Then Lakshman comes to the rescue and gives him hope and courage and brings him back to reality.Before that ,he totally became mad man only. infact he looses weight so much that the finger ring now could fit him as a bracelet.Here in SR,creators only allotted 3 minutes for him to cry whereas Lakshman cried more.

According to stories he is called king of serpents.

But fir sheshnag who is vasuki brother woh king nahi kya

What did I miss here

Vasuki and Sheshnaag like you already mentioned are brothers, and they're both equally strong - Sheshnaag was the elder one as per Mahabharat. Though in larger belief Sheshnaag is considered stronger as he is Adi Shesha, Vishnu Purana mentions him to be as equal as Narayana. There are also folklores around Shesh being created as a premordial by Narayana.

Overall, Mahadev followers consider Vasuki as strongest and Vishnu followers consider Sheshnaag. Sheshnaag balances the entire universe on his hood while Vasuki was used for the samudra manthan which has been one of the most difficult activities since the world began. Unka vish itna strong tha isliye Mahadev ko peena pada and hence Vasuki is around Shivji's neck as he surrendered.

In any context, Vasuki and Sheshnaag are both considered Naagraj but because Sheshnaag has been a part of Vishnu avtars and leela, log unhe jyada maante hai. There's no comparison.

Now idk what they showed in SR (watched half the episode) but if you're saying Vasuki mentioned sulochana as hi daughter and they're not talking about Sheshnaag then my only answer is inko Lakshman se problem hai isliye Sheshnaag ko bhi bhul gaye

Primordial matlb jab sansaar ki rachna hui thi tab banaya tha Sheshnaag ko. This is a believing, may not be 100% true. Context is because Vishnu Puran and Mahabharata mein there are instances where Krishna reminds Balram of his power and who he actually is - quoting him to be as equal as Vishnu.

That's what I meant, Vasuki hone hi nai chahiye waha. SR wale flexible hai kuch jyada hi.

Sulochana is known as the naagkanya and inko dikhana tha toh Sheshnaag hi dikhate, Vasuki galat hai. Ya sirf Naagraj boldete toh bhi chalta. Either he meant it rhetorically referring to his brother's daughter as his own (hoping they clarify it) or otherwise it's just one more miss in their ocean of errors.

Hmm anant shesh i know. Vishnu puran show asya tha Jahan srushti ki rachna shuru se hui. Ek leaf par ek baby dikhaya and later leaf turns to sheshnag and baby into Vishnu

Vasuki ka shraap tha ya nahi pata nahi but koi stories mein zarror tha sheshnag only had cursed meghu as he took away his daughter but naaglok scene mein I think vasuki ka kaam kya tha.

So guess will accept ki makers ne shesh and vasuki ki adla badli kar di. 😂😂

Yeah I did. The second half was fine .. I'm glad they didn't show Ram countering Lakshman for once. I will never understand why they did what they did but theeke

Felt bad for Mandodari! Poor thing. Going to lose her only son also now. 😭 On the other hand can't wait for Meghu to be killedddddd I also liked how they showed Ravan be a little worried over Mando's words. They should've shown more of it as the war progressed but was still good to see it than him barfing the same old main 10 loko ka Raja blah blah blah.
