All that Tom foolery was worth the wait because this pre/interval block goosebumps all three principal characters in their element Nag Ashwin said Sumati will have the greatest character arc ..I can’t wait to see what Maa Sumati does in Part 2..Deepu actually deserves a lot more praise for her portrayal..the vulnerability and innocence and confusion and her reactions to everything happening around her was simply perfect. Going for a second time this weekend this time with girl pals..because Husband is tired of my obsession with Kalki movie

Completely agree. I don't even understand why is Deepika not getting more praise. She is lovely, graceful, her dialogues are so few but sound so honest and her entire escape sequence is what transforms a good movie to a great one, everything that comes after is awesome.

My only complaint is the weird sequence with Disha, and cringy comedy in fight sequences of Prabhas. A smart mouth AI friend is a staple of every futuristic movie I have seen and I didn't like that character in the beginning - but it grew on me later. Prabhas is glorious in those glimpses of Karna but his normal outfit is too tacky and bulky.

I would also like to watch it again but managing theatre outings with a very young baby is very difficult.
