I have read Bengali literature where the titular characters are female and the stories portray their journey, where they hop on , hop off from one station to the next !

In an urge to show the female character's plight, they feel no pity, in demeaning the male protagonist - lover turned husband !

Some kinda pseudo feminism that ruled Bengali literature in the 90's and 2000's, penned by both male n female writers alike!

I am waiting to be proven wrong, with this show ! Since this is hindi mainstream !

I always have this undesirable “what if” fear. What if they can’t entertain the channel enough with their trp and had to abruptly end the show? It has happened in the past with one of the shows. I know Jhanak is still on the second position. But you never know these uncertainties.

I have never watched a bengali show.. but considering this to be channeled on star plus, they are very particular about numbers.. they shouldn’t go too extreme because channel doesn’t spare a single moment when they have to axe it if it doesn’t fetch good trp. And because of this issue, I don’t want makers to waste time on Anishi useless drama and work on our RuNak. 😭
