I think Chandni is not comfortable playing a vamp . In OG Arshi was a complete vamp. But here the character is different. Even now Arshi becomes negative makers would justify that Arshi becoming negative is due to the leads dhokha and portray her as bechari later. If they turn her completely into vamp in long run she wonโt be relevant.
Tejas-J shaadi mein bhi Shubho Drishti and varmala huya tha, that time they said sindoor daan is most important and completes the shaadi
