Meenu is der much more older than her. In og timeline she was 10-12 yr old then lot of time passed almost 3-4 yrs then 6-7 yrs leap etc. Obv she is over 20 now.

Ye sab discussion ka kya faayda. There will always be inconsistencies with reality. I heard that FL in Yrkkh is a lawyer getting her own matters at the age of 22 which is just impossible. Same way Meenu can also be a doctor. We don't know for sure if she is one or is studying for it. Maybe she aged more than everyone considering Anupamaa and Anuj age with every leap and Vanraj and Leela reverse age.

Point is that 6 months leap is shown in the episode. If someone has an issue it should be raised with Rajan or Bhavna, instead of wanting others to believe in an alternative fictional verse
